Formally a Wetherspoon Lloyds Number 1 bar, similar to normal pub just with music playing in the background. Wetherspoon renamed the pub The Gatehouse and continued to operate the location until 2016.

Originally the location of National and Provincial bank became the the NatWest Bank in 1970.

Bulova

In the 1980s the building was home to the Bulova watches.
