Brewhouse and Kitchen Ltd was originally called Upper Richmond (No 26) Ltd when first incorporated in 2011 but the company quickly changed its name within a few months to the name we see now.

The Lichfield B&K pub opened in 2016 after Wetherspoons closed The Gatehouse.
